I listened to Va tech Sideline Podcast

I enjoyed it. I did want to talk a little about basketball. Like last year before the season I think people are getting too caught up in who is going to start ? I also noticed too much talk about Ojiacko and his future and Mutts not starting and his minutes if Alluma comes back with Durr? First of all I do not know if Bede is coming back. That will play a role. If he does not Sean Pedulla will get some minutes, especially early, to get some exposure. Ojiacko worked hard in the weight room. That says a lot. He obviously had some sort of injury and with corvid and all never got into basketball shape. I expect he is either coming off injury or deciding to try and develop or at some point Mike Young will have that conversation with him to go play where he can get more minutes. I believe the former because with the state of the game he would have already been gone. Mutts, regardless will play a lot. His development exceeded most expectations.
The bottom line is there will be different lineups and combinations depending on who is hot and who we are playing. I could see Durr in the middle and two fours with Mutts and Alluma and two guards or three guards with Durr and a four or Mutts and Alluma and three guards. All these will happen. Also, the portal is still open and Mike Young loves his players but if he sees a piece that will improve VT I think he will pounce.
